1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the IT-Storage mobile application. The Controller is Filip Dąbrowski, ul. Wędrowna 12/20, 20-819 Lublin, Poland. Contact: itstorageapp@gmail.com.

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable Polish law.

2. What data do we collect?

Registration: email address, hashed password, name or nickname. Optionally: Google/Apple account data.

Automatically: device model, OS version, app version, Device ID, login timestamps, usage statistics, crash reports, approximate location based on IP.

Payments: handled exclusively by Google Play / App Store. We only receive confirmation of purchase status — no payment card data.

Content: IT device data you enter (names, types, descriptions, locations) — used solely to provide the service.

3. Data transfers & storage

Data is processed by Google LLC (Firebase) with safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses. Account data is retained until deletion. Activity logs are kept for 12 months. Billing records for 6 years as required by law. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 14 days.

4. Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability, and object to processing. You may also file a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO). Send requests to itstorageapp@gmail.com — we respond within 14 business days.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are stored hashed. We maintain incident response procedures and notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours of a confirmed breach if required.

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the IT-Storage mobile application (iOS & Android), provided by Filip Dąbrowski, ul. Wędrowna 12/20, 20-819 Lublin, Poland (itstorageapp@gmail.com) in a SaaS model using Google Firebase infrastructure. Using the application constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Plans & Features

Free plan: up to 12 devices, basic device management (name, type, description, location), secure login.

Premium plan: unlimited devices, plus planned features — automatic backups, push notifications, change history, data export (PDF/CSV/Excel), API access, and inventory sharing.

3. Subscription & Payments

Promotional prices (first 6 months): Monthly $6.99 / Annual $56.99 (~35% savings).

Standard prices: Monthly $8.99 / Annual $60.99 (~40% savings).

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at least 24h before renewal via Google Play or App Store settings. No refund for the current billing period. Price changes announced 30 days in advance.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have 14 days from the date of agreement to withdraw. Send your statement to itstorageapp@gmail.com. If you start the subscription before 14 days, you consent to early service commencement and the withdrawal right expires upon full use.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Use

Use the app in accordance with the law and these Terms. Prohibited: unauthorized access, violating third-party rights, using bots or scripts without permission, sharing your account, or any activity that disrupts the application.

6. Complaints

Submit complaints to itstorageapp@gmail.com or in writing to ul. Wędrowna 12/20, 20-819 Lublin, Poland. We handle complaints within 14 days. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Governing Law

Polish law applies. For consumers, disputes are resolved by competent courts. The Polish language version of these Terms is binding. Terms effective from February 1, 2026.
